WINCH (a Kuwaiti term for tow truck) is Kuwait’s first roadside assistance app that gets rid of the hassles of any car troubles you might face by connecting you to a network of experienced tow truck drivers at the click of a button.

Features:
• Quick & Easy: Have you ever been stuck on the side of the road with absolutely no idea who to call or what to do? Don’t waste your time standing in the heat. Just pull out your phone and request help with one simple click.
• Safe: All WINCH’s registered drivers will have a picture, a phone number, and a rating to assure that you are provided a safe experience.
• Track your driver: Follow your driver on the map as he makes his way to your location.
• Free: WINCH is free to download. Services are payable to the driver directly according to their individual company procedures with no additional costs from WINCH app.

It doesn’t stop there! We will email you a receipt outlining the trip and transaction details.

How to use:
• Allow GPS to pinpoint your location on the map. If your location is not found, you can manually drop a pin onto your position on the map.
• Click “Request WINCH.”
• Enter car details and description of your incident.
• Sit back, relax, and watch your driver arrive to you.

To create an account, you will be prompted to enter your phone number so that your driver can call you for any clarifications.

The app requires good service and internet connection. Any disruptions may be due to connection with Google API.
